Little Thatch Close

Originally a pub and dentist surgery the plot was re-developed in 2005/6.

We undertook full demolition of the site except the grade 2 listed buildings of the pub which were refurbished into a dwelling.

The area is now a gated community consisting of a range of property sizes from 3 to 6 bedroom properties. a total of 10 all together. 

Traditionally built properties completed to the highest standards.
