A conversion and new build in 2007 in Bristol.

Starting as two refurbishment projects of a house into two 2 bed flats. We then extended to 2 new builds house of 3 bedrooms, all with communal parking. All timber frame construction and fully fitted out with modern services for the rental market. Completed to a tight budget and timeframe.
