A disused piece of land with a derelict bungalow that been left for some years, near Acton train station - London. completed in 2010/2011

We undertook demolition of the building and preparation of the plot for 4 properties all 5 bedroom, semi detached. A high spec development with full sound system integration and extremely high spec kitchens/family rooms. All the properties have good sized gardens for which we completed a full landscaping.
