Manor House

A timber frame construction completed in 2009/10.

Originally a storage yard, we obtained planning for the erection of a 2 bedroom house with a separate 1 bedroom flat adjoining with a double garage underneath.

This was a timber frame construction with timber cladding.

We made great use out of a piece of disused enabling additional dwellings and therefore income for the land owner.
